Then Jordan’s manager called shortly after explaining how horrible the roads were and due to safety for all he was closing to get his people home safely. The day I was headed there to test drive the car I was looking at Jordan contacted me to let me know the weather was not safe to travel into Naperville. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from Advantage Acura Naperville. SIMPLY AMAZING!!! I just want to say to everyone I dealt with at Advantage Acura Naperville, Leroy my salesman Ragad internet sales, Jordan whom did the phone contacting thank you for excellent service. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see.Īll in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates.

So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). the media center in this car was a total after thought.

a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now.

I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still.a 3 1/2 year old car?īut we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned.I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips.
